Our Community is located in Chesterfield, Missouri, with convenient access to major roadways including Highway 40/I-64. The community is close to popular attractions such as Faust Park, the Butterfly House, Chesterfield Central Park, and the Chesterfield Amphitheater. Residents also enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options throughout the Chesterfield Valley area.
What floor plan options are available, and what is the average size of each apartment?
We offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes with a total of 7 different floorplans. One-bedroom apartments range from 750-863 square feet, two-bedroom apartments range from about 1,100 to 1,270 square feet, and three-bedroom apartments average around 1,360 square feet. Floor plans are thoughtfully designed to maximize space, comfort, and functionality.
Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
The Parq offers flexible lease options, with terms ranging from 6 to 18 months. We also have nearby vendors that provide furnished packages for a monthly charge-great for any of our floor plans, making moving in even easier.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Absolutely! We are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment home. A non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. Aggressive Breeds are subject to approval. Our community also offers green spaces and pet stations that make it easy to enjoy time outdoors with your pets.
How convenient is commuting from the community to major employers, schools, or downtown areas?
Our location offers convenient access to major employers, healthcare centers, and universities in the Chesterfield and West St. Louis County area. Logan University, Maryville University, and Missouri Baptist University are all within a short drive. Downtown St. Louis is approximately 25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, making commuting manageable while still enjoying a suburban setting.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
The Parq Community offers a variety of on-site amenities designed to enhance everyday living. Our Clubhouse offers 24 Hour residential access; including a fully equipped fitness center, a complimentary coffee bar and inviting community spaces ideal for relaxing or connecting with neighbors. Residents also enjoy access to our resort-style swimming pool and spa. Outdoor areas and thoughtfully designed common spaces create a comfortable and welcoming environment for both work and leisure.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
Multiple parking options are available for resident convenience. Assigned garage parking is available and is accessible by access card only, providing added security and ease of entry. The community also features electric vehicle charging stations, as well as surface and guest parking throughout the property. Availability may vary, and residents are encouraged to contact the leasing office for current options.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
All units include in-unit washer and dryer appliances, providing residents with the convenience of doing laundry from the comfort of their own home.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
We are a fully electric community! Residents are responsible for electricity service through Ameren Missouri. Water and sewer are billed based on usage, and trash and pest control are billed as standard monthly charges. Utility billing details may vary by unit, and the leasing office is available to answer any additional questions.
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, or extra storage space?
Yes, apartment homes at Parq at Chesterfield feature modern finishes and conveniences, including contemporary appliances, open living areas, and spacious layouts. Many apartments include private patios or balconies, offering additional outdoor living space.
What’s the neighborhood like, and what restaurants, parks, and shopping centers are nearby?
Located in a quiet, well-maintained suburban neighborhood, The Parq offers a balance of comfort and convenience. The area features a wide variety of nearby restaurants, cafés, and casual dining options, along with grocery stores and retail centers throughout Chesterfield Valley. Residents can also enjoy walking trails surrounding the property along with multiple lakes for fishing and leisure!

We are located in the Parkway Central school district, with a bus stop within steps of our community.
What is the walkability and public transportation access around the community?
With a Public bus stop located within a 5 minute walk, our community offers walkable transportation access!
Are there local events, resident activities, or community gatherings available?
The Chesterfield area regularly hosts seasonal events, outdoor concerts, festivals, and community activities, particularly at nearby parks and venues. Parq at Chesterfield also offers opportunities for residents to connect and enjoy a sense of community through shared amenities and neighborhood engagement.
Is there anything unique or special about your community that appeals to residents that you would like to highlight?
A major transformation is underway near Chesterfield that will create a new urban downtown destination just seconds away from Parq at Chesterfield. The large site of the former Chesterfield Mall is being redeveloped into “Downtown Chesterfield,” a mixed-use community designed to include retail, restaurants, entertainment, office space, and extensive public green space. This project is intended to bring a walkable, vibrant live-work-play environment to Chesterfield and redefine the area’s urban identity. Over the coming years, construction will continue through multiple phases, ultimately adding new shops, dining, and gathering spaces that will be an exciting new complement to the community and a regional destination
How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
You can apply directly on our website at Parqatchesterfield.com. Once your application is submitted, our team will contact you with the documentation needed to move forward. The minimum combined household gross income must be three times the monthly rent. Applicants are required to provide proof of current income and employment, including at least 30 days of recent pay stubs. The application fee is $50 per adult applicant, along with a $250 administration fee.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs will include prorated rent, any applicable pet fees, and a security deposit. Security deposit amounts are based on application approval and may range from a standard $200 deposit to one or two months’ rent.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, all residents are required to maintain a renter’s insurance policy. You may choose to enroll with our insurance provider, Homebody. The policy must include $300,000 in personal liability coverage.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
On a standard lease, a 60-day notice to vacate is required. You will also be responsible for a buyout fee to terminate the lease.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
You can submit maintenance requests through our Resident Portal app! Our Maintenance Team does their best to complete work orders with efficiency and promptness.
